Solutions has electronified several “Agreement Templates” that represent specialized knowledge that has been accumulated and refined the past thirty years. These Agreement Templates have passed the test of time and experience with excellent results.

The purpose and intent of these Agreement Templates is to provide organizations with a template Agreement that embodies the best possible language as the basis for a long-term, most successful vendor relationship. The set of Agreements should clearly define those provisions that are important to the customer and the vendor, leaving no ambiguity as to what is expected from each party.

To that end, Solutions developed Agreement Template Sets. Based upon years of experience in the development and negotiation of vendor agreements, and of being a vendor, Solutions knows those provisions that should be included in every Agreement. The Template Set includes three separate Agreements, each with the critical provisions and appropriate language that creates a trusting, mutually beneficial, long-term relationship with the vendor.

These Agreement Templates are used as a starting point in arriving at final Agreement language. By using these various Agreement Templates, there is assurance that the more important terms and conditions are embodied in the document(s) that evidence the desired relationship.
